These terms apply when you use Cadence, an iPhone app for your intervals.icu training data. Apple’s standard licence agreement applies too.
Using Cadence
During the beta, Cadence is a free test version distributed through TestFlight: features may change, break or be removed.
intervals.icu
Cadence is an independent app. It is not made by, endorsed by or affiliated with intervals.icu. It works with your own intervals.icu account, and intervals.icu’s terms apply to that account and your data there. Anything Cadence changes on intervals.icu, it changes only because you asked it to, for example when you add or move a calendar entry.
Not medical advice
Cadence shows your training data and the numbers intervals.icu works out from it. It does not give medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting or changing a training programme, and stop if something hurts or feels wrong.
No guarantees
Cadence is provided as it is. The numbers come from intervals.icu and from your devices, and they can be wrong or out of date. As far as the law allows, the developer is not liable for any loss that comes from using Cadence.
Changes
If these terms change, this page will show the new version and its date. Using Cadence after a change means you accept the new terms.
